Welcome Lash Babe , before you book your appointment please read my policy’s and guidelines listed below: Hours: Monday-Friday: 10am to 9pm Saturday- 10am-5pm Location: 525 N Sam Houston Pkwy ( suite 523 ), Houston Texas 77060 Booking: A card on file is require when booking your appointment, NO your card is not charged at all it’s just to hold your lash appointment. You can use the card you place on file to pay for your appointment or I accept other forms of payment. I do not work over any other lash artist work, if you still have old lashes from your previous lash tech I can gladly remove them just book for a full set & lash removal. The morning of your appointment I will personally send you a confirmation text which includes your appointment, my address again, parking instructions, reminders and tips to help you prepare for your lash appointment. Fees (Cancellations/Late arrivals/No shows): All clients have a 5 minute grace period, if your late more than 5 minutes there will be a $10 fee. If your late more than 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% off your service. Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will have a $20 fee added to your next appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the service Cancellations within 48 hour period of lash appointment is a 50% charge. No refunds are offered but I offer free fixes within the first 1-3 days if their are any issues. Payment options: I accept cash, zelle, debit or credit. Extra $3-5 fee for card payments. If you pay with cash please bring exact amount you would like to pay with, I do not carry extra cash with me. Covid-19 Guidlines: Face Masks are optional No extra Guest are allowed to come in with you for your appointment. If you are feeling sick please reschedule or cancel your appointment! Let’s keep each other safe Refills: You must still have 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a refill, if you come in with less than 40% it is considered a full set. Come with clean lashes, if lashes are dirty I will add a lash bath which is $10 extra! Cancellation Policy
No shows will be charged 100% of the service
Cancellations within 36 hour period of lash appointment is a 50% charge.
Rescheduling your appointment less than 36 hours till your appointment will result in a $15 added fee.
